“Veronica”

Today I will be reviewing the movie “Veronica” once again I will not be giving any background I will just give the review.

“Veronica” is mainly identified as a horror movie. Personally this movie did not scare me or had me entertained in no type of way.  Which is why I did not enjoy it, I feel like story was great I give credits for it, but for it to be identified as a horror movie I do not think it is appropriate for the movie.

There was some of the pop-ups that did get to me but as to the parts that is suppose to scare the audience or make the audience jump was not really the best for me.

Now for some people this might be different, some people I know that have watched this movie found it scary, everyone is different and has different opinions.

I am not saying that this movie is bad as I said before the story board was great since it is based on a real story and is a really good movie. When they create a movie that is based on a real story they changed many things and I think that is the main think I don’t enjoy about movie based on real stories.

I mainly feel like the message of this movie is that nowadays many teenagers think that is all fun and games playing the Ouija board, but it is not you face consequences when playing/ using it. Now in this case Veronica was trying to communicate with her father that passed away, but even so you should not play or use the Ouija board no  matter the situation. Even if you are doing it for a “good” cause to communicate with your loved ones you never know what can go wrong. Basically this movie shows you the consequences of playing the Ouija Board, so really think about your decision if you are planning on playing.
